Comments: I was stranded for an extra 5 days due to the volcano. The staff went out of their way to make my extra days comfortable and pleasant. I have stayed here a few times and the staff has always been friendly and efficient.

Comments: Parking was a bit of a mess, maybe let guests know they have to come to reception first?
Other than that staff were helpful and rooms were of a higher standard than I expected.
Very good value for money.

Comments: Reception staff were very helpeful when airport shuttle did not turn up - quickly arranged a taxi at hotel's expense.
